What the App accesses

When you connect the App, you authorize it, via secure OAuth sign-in, to access your Ongage account data on your behalf: account details, mailing lists, segments, email content, campaigns, automation workflows and performance analytics. The App can create draft segments, emails, campaigns and workflows in your account. It cannot send emails, delete data or modify existing content.

What we store

The App itself stores no conversation data. Authentication uses short-lived access tokens and revocable refresh tokens issued by our authorization server; we log standard technical request metadata (timestamps, request status) for security and reliability. Your Ongage account data continues to be governed by the Ongage privacy policy and our data processing agreements.

What OpenAI receives

Content returned by the App (for example campaign statistics or email drafts) is processed by ChatGPT to answer your requests, subject to OpenAI's privacy policy and your ChatGPT workspace settings. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Your controls

You can disconnect the App at any time in ChatGPT settings, and revoke its authorization from your Ongage account. Upon revocation, the App’s tokens are invalidated. For data deletion or privacy requests, contact privacy@ongage.com.
